According to the statement, the Minister of Interior stressed "giving priority to humanitarian cases and expediting the completion of their transactions and following them up by the directorate's workers."
The statement indicated, "Al-Shammari directed to overcome all obstacles and provide the needs of this directorate in order to provide the best services, reduce the burden on them, and listen to their requests."
