    Today, Thursday, the government effort team identified the first governorates that will be a starting point for work and provision of services, and while announcing the preparation of a structure for providing services to the governorates, it clarified the conditions for regions to be included in services.
    A member of the team, Abdul Qadir Al-Dakhil, told the Iraqi News Agency, "The program of the prime minister and the current government is to provide urgent services to the deprived areas, including the Duanem area in the city of Shula," noting that "the area has a population density estimated at about 4,000 people, and its residents lack the most basic services." whether sewers, water, electricity, health, schools and paved streets.”
    Al-Dakhil stressed, "the importance of succeeding in this mission, and providing services on the ground in a way that the citizen can touch," noting that "the experience of the government team is a new one, and a structure has been prepared to be approved by the head of the team, and the presence will be in all governorates, but the focus It will be in densely populated areas and disadvantaged areas."
    He pointed out, "The government effort team will be present in the governorates of Dhi Qar, Basra and Nineveh, to provide services," noting that "these governorates will be a launch for the team's work."
    He explained, "The team has a mechanism for voting on decisions, and the program will be presented in the governorates to the head of the team and its members, after which we take the decision to include the areas most in need of services."
