Rikani said in a tweet via Twitter: "Can the people of the paper initiatives explain to the people:
What are the areas that have been expropriated for the purpose of distributing them?
How many cities have been sorted out of the expropriated cities from the government that preceded them and their bonds were issued for distribution?
Which city was expropriated and designed by the government that preceded them? Roads were built To it, even a dirt road?
