Shafaq News/ The head of the local government in Anbar Governorate, Ali Farhan Hamid decided, on Tuesday, to waive a lawsuit filed against Jamal al-Karbouli, the leader of the Iraqi political "Solution" party.
According to a document signed by Hamid, of which Shafaq News Agency obtained a copy, "a criminal case has already been filed against the so-called (Jamal Nasser Dali al-Karbouli), for having published on his personal page on social media, accusing the Clan Affairs Department of corruption."
He added, "In view of the resolution of the issue, and the absence of anything that constitutes harm to public funds or the administration of the local governorate, the governorate waives the complaint."
