Today, Wednesday, the Ministry of Oil announced the preliminary statistics of the exported quantities of crude oil and the revenues generated for the month of January.
A statement by the ministry stated, “The quantity of exports of crude oil for the month of January, according to preliminary statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO), amounted to a total of (101) million (245) thousand and (95) barrels, with revenues amounting to (7.690) billion dollars. .
The statement added, "The total exported quantities of crude oil for the month of January from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to (98) million and (460) thousand and (50) barrels, while from the fields of Kirkuk through the port of Ceyhan, the exported quantities amounted to ( 2) One million (475) thousand and (516) barrels.
He pointed out that "the average price of one barrel amounted to more than (75.96) dollars."
