(News) Secretary-General asked the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano on Monday from Iran allow Parchin military site near Tehran without delay, apart from an agreement between the two parties.
Amano said as stated in the text of his speech to the IAEA board of governors held a closed-door meeting in Vienna today, "I urge Iran once again to let Parchin site without delay, whether an agreement was reached on a systematic approach or not."

Agency suspect Iran's conduct in this site experiments can be applied to conventional bombings in the nuclear field, which Tehran denies. The agency has accused Iran of hiding any trace of it from the site.

Amano said in his speech that "Allow Parchin site is a positive step will help to prove the intention of Iran's cooperation with the IAEA on the heart of its concerns."

"I would like to be able to talk about real progress in the course of the Council's next meeting in June."

So far, the entry to Parchin listed in negotiations on the agreement expands the potential of IAEA inspectors access to sites, documents and people are able to help them identify the nature of Iran's nuclear program.

In a report issued in November 2011 and the agency has a list elements considered credible suggests that Iran worked on making a nuclear weapon before 2003 and possibly beyond, which Tehran denies.

The two sides began talks to develop a plan whereby Audit Agency in points cited in the report. But there has been no progress in several meetings since.

Amano said "must come the results of the negotiations."
