The Chinese Independent United Energy Company announced today, Tuesday, its intention to double the production of products from the Fayhaa oil field during the coming period.
The company stated in a report published by the "Upstream" network concerned with oil affairs, translated by (Baghdad Today), that the Al-Fayhaa oil field, located in the ninth block of Basra Governorate, will witness development work in cooperation with the Chinese China Petroleum Company, including "water injection" and "construction of a station." The network pointed to "the escalation of the importance of the oil field and what it produces for Iraq through the continuous development operations it is undergoing, the latest of which was last year."
