    The Chairman of the National Investment Commission, Haider Muhammad Makiya, received the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Baghdad, Tariq Abdullah Al-Faraj, and his accompanying delegation.
    Makiya stressed, in a statement received by (Baghdad Today), that "the Iraqi government is keen to strengthen the frameworks for joint investment cooperation between the two countries," stressing that "the commission is continuing to implement its plans towards improving the reality of investment, addressing the challenges facing the sector, and bridging the relationship with various institutions and companies." National and foreign, by applying standards that support real investment.
     For his part, the Kuwaiti ambassador expressed "his support for the strategies and plans aimed at strengthening the culture of the foreign investor in a way that befits the status of Iraq and what it represents in terms of civilizational, cultural and geographical data at the level of the region and the world."
