The Federal Integrity Commission seized the seizure of state real estate, fraud, exaggeration and waste of public money in a number of departments in Basra Governorate. And the Commission’s Investigation Department stated, in a statement, yesterday, Friday, that it “detected the presence of manipulation in the real estate registration note in Al-Zubair, which led to the transfer of a property of an area of (27) dunums owned by the Ministry of Finance to a person in violation of the law, and in the Notary Al-Sabahi Department. In Basra, a general power of attorney was seized, as a result of which the ownership of land belonging to the Sunni Endowment was transferred to a number of people, despite the fact that the power of attorney was issued in violation of the law of notaries and legal instructions, in addition to being devoid of a certificate of proof of life and a written undertaking for the clients who belong to one of the Arab nationalities. And she added, "The angels moved to the Shiite Endowment Office and seized two contracts, the first for the establishment of a commercial mall and the second for the establishment of a gas station with an annual rent that is not commensurate with the location of the distinguished and commercial real estate." Explaining that "the term of the contract for each of them reaches (25) years, and that the area of the property allocated for the construction of the gas station is (4) dunums." , and the incompatibility of the amount allocated with the implemented restoration,” noting that “the exchange document for the amount of (249,950,000) million dinars was seized in the accounts department in the directorate, while the Directorate of Water Resources monitored fraud in the supply receipts and exaggeration in the prices for the purchase and installation of (17) avenues.” She added, "The directorate's team also moved to the General Company for Petroleum Products and was able to seize the file of a gas station whose owner was contracted based on forged documents, and unlawfully supplied large quantities of oil derivatives over several years." The department revealed an "exaggeration in the sums allocated for the restoration of the exams department in the Directorate of Education of Basra, due to the non-implementation of all tender paragraphs, and the inconsistency of the allocated amount with the implemented restoration," noting that "the exchange document for the amount of (249,950,000) million dinars was seized in the accounts department in the directorate, While the Water Resources Directorate monitored forgery in supply receipts and an exaggeration in the purchase and installation prices of (17) sewers.
