The Parliamentary Finance Committee voted, on Monday, on a new article in the draft budget law related to calculating contract service and wages for the purposes of bonuses, promotion and retirement.
Member of the committee, Representative Mustafa Sanad, said, “Based on my proposal, the Finance Committee thankfully votes on a new article:
- The contract service and wages are calculated as a service for the purposes of (addition, promotion) when fixing on permanent staffing, and as for calculating it for all purposes, including retirement, it is calculated after paying Retirement contributions in the form of installments or one installment in favor of the retirement fund, before or during retirement, with the aforementioned provision applying to the daily wage service added to the previous years.
