Grossi revealed this desire during his meeting with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, on the sidelines of the General Conference at its sixty-seventh session of the International Atomic Energy Agency in the Austrian capital, Vienna, held for the period from September 25 to 29.
