Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Water Resources revealed the completion of plans and schedules for the development of the Samarra Dam.
The Director General of the General Authority for Irrigation and Reclamation Projects, the official spokesman for the ministry, Khaled Shamal, told the official agency, “The plans and tables of quantities for developing the left side of the Samarra Dam have been completed by the Center for Engineering Studies and Designs.”
He explained, “The engineering cadres at the authority’s center, in cooperation with the project management, are currently reviewing the plans and bills of quantities and preparing the requirements for announcing the tender after providing the necessary financial allocations for the announcement and initiating implementation.”
