    Today, Monday, President Abdel Latif Gamal Rashid stressed to the ambassadors of Tunisia, Palestine, Germany and Canada the importance of coordination to establish security and stability in the region and the world.

    A statement from the Presidency of the Republic reported to Alsumaria News stated, “Today, Rashid received, at Baghdad Palace, the credentials of the ambassadors of Tunisia, Shukri Latif, Palestine, Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Ruwaidi, Germany, Christina Constanza Homan, and Canada, Kani Bonka.”



    The President of the Republic affirmed, during the meeting with the ambassadors separately, that "Iraq looks forward to strengthening its relations with their countries on the basis of mutual interests in various fields of common interest, especially diplomacy, economics, and culture, and cooperation and coordination to establish security and stability in the region and the world."

    The President expressed his "wishes to the ambassadors for success in carrying out their work, and the support of the Presidency for them in everything that would facilitate their tasks in developing joint bilateral relations."

    For their part, the ambassadors conveyed to the President of the Republic "the greetings and appreciation of the leaders of their countries, and their wishes to the Iraqi people for continued progress and prosperity, stressing their country's support for the security and stability of Iraq, the safety of its people, and the establishment of the best bilateral relations."
