    An informed source revealed, on Monday, a secret visit by the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, to Israel this year, while confirming that there are strong relations linking most of Kurdistan’s leaders with the Zionist entity.

    The source, who preferred to remain anonymous, said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The visit took place to discuss many economic and security files in which the Prime Minister of the Regional Government requested support from Israel,” noting that “the latter benefits from the smuggling of oil to it at reduced prices through Jordan.” ". 
    He continued, "The government is required to apply the law criminalizing normalization or dealing with Israel to the leaders of the Kurdistan government, which continues to make secret visits to Israel from time to time," pointing out that "Washington, the most prominent ally of the Zionist entity, has the largest military base in Kurdistan as a result of common interests with the latter." ". 
    The source added during his speech: “One of the main reasons for the continuation of visits to the region falls within the indirect normalization attempts sought by the ruling Barzani family,” adding that “there are strong relations linking most of Kurdistan’s leaders with the Zionist entity.” 
    Despite the adoption of the law criminalizing normalization with the Zionist entity and the explicit popular rejection of Israel, the region’s leaders are still continuing their secret visits in order to request support in the economic and security files and to provide the duties of obedience and loyalty to Israel, as well as public support from Kurdistan for gender and the LGBT community at the request of the Zionist entity. Ended 25/day
