    Baghdad/Al-Masala Al-Hadath: Member of the House of Representatives, Jassim Al-Moussawi, revealed a parliamentary movement to hold an extraordinary session regarding the implementation of the previous parliament’s law to remove American combat forces from Iraq, while confirming that there is popular and political support for taking such a positive step.
    Al-Moussawi said that the issue of neutralizing foreign forces from Iraqi territory has become of utmost importance in light of Washington’s continued security violations, the latest of which is the bombing of the government’s Popular Mobilization Forces, pointing out that there are illegal practices by these forces present in military bases.
    He continued, "The issue of rejecting the American military presence has become tantamount to preserving the country's dignity and a duty for both citizens and the government, noting that the House of Representatives will advance many ways to rid the country of these forces."
    He added that the recent bombing that targeted the government Popular Mobilization Forces is tantamount to a declaration of war against the country and its institutions, adding that there is popular and political support for taking the step of removing American combat forces from the country.
    American combat forces present in Iraqi territory continue to violate sovereignty and carry out repeated attacks against official government forces.
