Today, Thursday, November 30, 2023, the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Gamal Rashid, left the country, heading to the United Arab Emirates to participate in the work of the United Nations Climate Summit (COP28), which will be held in the Emirate of Dubai.
The President of the Republic will attend the leaders’ summit that will be held tomorrow, Friday, December 1, 2023, where he will deliver Iraq’s speech during the summit.
The President of the Republic is accompanied by a high-level government delegation that included His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Environment, Nizar Hamidi, and a number of experts and advisors.
