The Ministry of Education began working on the system of electronically secured documents, canceling paper authentication transactions and relying on reading the barcode of the document.
The Ministry stated in a statement received by “Al-Iqtisad News” that “The General Directorate of Educational Planning/Department of Information and Communications has begun reading the barcode of documents, and working on the national electronic project, which stipulates the cancellation of paper authentication transactions and reliance on reading the barcode of the document.”
She explained, “The Directorate has completed the training workshops for work coordinators in order to develop their capabilities in using the electronic program, the first version, to begin the second work according to a methodology it prepared to complete the authenticity of the issuance of documents after installing a program prepared for reading and providing modern laptops and a specialized team to perform this task within minutes.” A few days instead of waiting until the authenticity of the issuances arrives by regular mail.”
She pointed out that “Minister of Education, Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri, blessed the launch of the electronic project, which eased and expanded procedures for citizens in all general directorates of education.”
