The Ministry stated in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News that the Accounting Department launched financing the salaries of civil and military retirees for the month of January 2024, stressing that the management of the Rafidain and Rasheed Banks and the National Retirement Authority must quickly complete the procedures for paying the salaries of civil retirees via electronic payment cards.
The Ministry also called on all civilian and military retirees who will receive text messages to visit bank branches and ATM outlets in Baghdad and the provinces to receive their salaries.
On the other hand, the National Retirement Authority announced today, Wednesday, the gradual start of disbursing the salaries of civilian and military retirees.
