Shafaq News/ Observers spotted US President Joe Biden again carrying a sheet of notes that the American press describes as a "cheat sheet", during a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.
During the meeting, which took place yesterday, Monday, at the White House, Biden, who is 81 years old, pulled the paper from his pocket and looked at it repeatedly.
The cameras monitored the content of the "cheat sheet", which included a directive in large letters about when Biden would stop speaking to allow the translator to translate, in his first public statement since Iran launched an unprecedented missile and drone attack on Israel over the weekend.
Al-Sudani did not rely on note cards, and was content with brief, improvised statements.
The US President has a history of relying on note cards for comments. In April last year, he was seen using a card that appeared to contain a question from a reporter, before Biden invited the journalist to ask the question.
Biden also relied on note cards to collect private donations last February, which raised concerns among some donors, according to the New York Post.
