The Minister of Finance of the Kurdistan Region expects the date of Baghdad’s sending of salaries for the month of April

Shafaq News/ The Minister of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan Region, Awat Sheikh Janab Nouri, stated on Sunday that his ministry had fulfilled all its obligations to the Federal Ministry of Finance in order to send employees’ salaries for last April, adding, “We believe that there are no obstacles to transferring the salary.”
He said in a statement to a number of local media outlets in Erbil, “The Kurdistan Regional Government did what was necessary to send the salaries of last April by the Iraqi Ministry of Finance,” adding, “We expect that after the completion of the process of distributing the salaries of federal employees, the salaries of federal employees will be sent.” Kurdistan Region salaries.
He added, "We believe that there are no obstacles to sending April salaries to Kurdistan Region employees."
