The Minister of Justice, Dr. Today, Monday, Khaled Shawani visited the Muthanna Governorate Office, during which he met with Governor Muhannad Al-Atabi, to discuss joint coordination in order to launch projects to develop judicial institutions in Muthanna.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Shawani confirmed that the Ministry is looking forward to working in solidarity with the administration and the governorate council to simplify procedures, provide services, and implement the government program. We are working in partnership with the local government in Muthanna to implement justice projects and develop the reality of justice work there in conjunction with the reconstruction campaign that the governorate is witnessing and in a way that supports Directions of the local administration to provide services to citizens.
During a meeting held at the headquarters of the governorate office, in the presence of directors of judicial departments to discuss the most important work obstacles and priorities for joint cooperation, the minister directed to accelerate the completion of the justice complex project in Samawah at the end of this year and work to complete the preparation of designs for justice complexes in Al-Rumaitha and Al-Khader, as well as to complete the preparation of prison designs. Samawah Central District, in addition to the establishment of the Real Estate Registration Office in the Warka District.
In conclusion, the Minister instructed the general directors to cooperate with the governorate council to improve the work environment of their departments by renting alternative buildings, supplying them with the required job cadres, and forming a joint committee to follow up on the implementation of the decisions of the work session in the governorate office.
