    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Minister of Culture, Sadoon al-Dulaimi discussed with the charge d’affaires of the Libyan embassy in Baghdad, Abu Bakir Khalifa, the current arrangements to launch Baghdad, Capital of Arab Culture for 2013 festivities.
    A statement by the MoC cited “Dulaimi called his Arab counterparts to attend the festivities of Baghdad, Capital of Arab Culture.”
    He continued saying “The attendance of the Libyan intellectuals, writers and artists will have good impact in the hearts of the Iraqi intellectuals to get acquainted with the Libyan culture.”
