    Judiciary: we have issued arrest warrants against senior officials, but the security forces have not carried out

    hum Wonder what will happen with them not being arrested, even Sistani backed this decision!

    With Chalabi being "murdered" or dying of a heart attack, I think that the threats have been long and hard shortly after Maliki "lost his crown" and those in charge of the arrests have either been bought off or so threatened they fear for themselves and their families.
