    It announced that the Committee on Foreign parliamentary relations, on Monday, the arrival of a number of delegations of countries that will participate in the Arab and Islamic parliaments conference to be held in the capital, Baghdad, on Wednesday, and as expected the presence of 40 countries, confirmed the presence of a preparatory committee supreme continuously at Baghdad International Airport.
     He said the Foreign Relations Committee in the House of Representatives member Abbas al-Bayati said in an interview to the (long-Presse), said that "a number of Arab and Islamic delegations started to arrive to the capital Baghdad in preparation for a conference of Arab and Islamic parliaments, reaching delegations from several countries, including representatives from the two or three Islamic countries in the African continent. "
    He said al-Bayati, that "countries to attend the conference so far and we expect a good presence of representatives of 40 countries out of 54 countries," noting that "all Gulf countries will send representatives to the conference."

    The head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, announced on Sunday the (18 January 2016), that the Iraqi capital Baghdad, will host the 20th of the month of January 2016, the Conference of the Arab and Islamic parliaments to take over the presidency of the Conference for the first time since 2003, and stressed that the conference will be held in conjunction with the victories achieved by the security forces and volunteers, and as pointed out that the conference will approve the Islamist strategy for "the face of extremism and terrorism," accused. "Some extremists and criminals seeking to obstruct the peaceful co-existence" in the Arab countries and Iraq. "
    The Iraqi capital, Baghdad will host the 20th of the month of January, the Arab and Islamic parliaments conference, for a period of five days, during which Iraq received the presidency of the Conference.
