The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, on Friday not to apply the new Law on Social Protection; because of the financial crisis in the country.
The official spokesman of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Ammar Menem said in a statement seen by the agency of our economy news, it "was due to the implementation of the new Law on Social Protection in the past in 2015, where given 105 000 dinars per person and up to four members of the same family ".
"The Ministry of Finance has apologized for giving the amounts for the application of this law; because of lack of financial allocations, and the fall in world oil Osar."
"We need to 4 trillion dinars for the implementation of the program, but the Ministry of Finance can not be covered; because of the crisis, but also contributed to the increase in the number covered only, where we had a million households, equivalent to 2.0007 million thousand citizens."
He concluded by saying that "the Ministry of Finance gave us 650 billion dinars allocations, where we have become 2 trillion dinars in 2016, and will contribute to the inclusion of 4 million, 500 thousand citizens in the year 2016," noting that "we now have to increase the numbers only, and not in the case of salaries"
