The Commission seeks 25 billion for distribution to victims of terrorism

The Central Committee called for compensation for victims of terrorism
and military errors in the General Secretariat of the Council of
Ministers allocated 16 billion dinars.

Committee in a written statement received/JD/copy: after the approval
of the federal budget, compensation committees request to allocate 25
billion dinars to more than 12,000 completed treatment for victims of
terrorism and military errors for the months of January, February and
March of 2013.
The subcommittees completed for the compensation
of victims of terrorism and military errors in the Baghdad governorate
over (5963) treatment for victims of terrorism by March 2013 and the
distributed transaction (1097) treatment of martyrs and (359) treatment
for wounded and injured, as well as (1926) the treatment of the affected
property owners.
He added: the transactions of the secondary
compensation of martyrs and wounded more than (2581) treatment within
the Sub-Commission's fourth working in Baghdad Province and relevant
compensation differences from owners who received (2.5) million by 2009.
The
countervailing committees in Baghdad Province has completed more than
one (3223) treatment of injured during January and (2343) treatment of a
victim during the month of February 2013.
The compensation under
Act No. 20 of 2009 which provides for compensation of damage as a
result of a terrorist attack or a war or a military error since 20 March
2003 this damage led to the death or injury or loss or damage to
property, the Act provided for the injured grant and granted a piece of
land and pension/finished/22/
