US Secretary of State John Kerry said in an interview with the Orient TV, a Dubai-based in Munich, said that if the peace plan failed, the more foreign troops could intervene in the conflict.
The major powers agreed on Friday (February 12) to stop the fighting in Syria, but Russia continues bombing to support its ally, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who has vowed to fight to regain full control of the country.
"If the Assad regime has not responsibilities and if the Iranians and the Russians did not bring Assad to fulfill promises made ... then the international community is clearly not going to stand idly by, saying only road. There will be an increase in activity to put more pressure on them."
