    It announced that the Department ofRegistration of companies in the Ministry ofCommerce, on Tuesday, recording 149 national companies and 16 foreign companies during the month of March, and revealed documenting 123 registered company and the study of the final accounts for 2539 the company's number of national companies during that period, referred 401 company to the Investigating Judge confirmed for violating the guidelines and instructions. According to Director General of Ferial Akram Abdullah , the department said in a statement received (range Press), a copy of which, " The Angels department completed the establishment of 149 national company transactions during the month of March , " noting that " the department issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies, distributed between increased capital and the integration of the accounts of the company and the liquidation of an accounting firm. " 
    She drew the Director General of the department, that" the department has combined the accounts of 48 companies, and a capital increase of 28 companies, and the liquidation of accounts of 26 companies, adjusting held 69 joint - stock company and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies for 42 company, "she said " the department has also ratification of the minutes of the founding meeting of the limited companies a record of 126 guestrooms, in addition to the ratification of a record of 50 special meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies, as well as the ratification of theresolutions of the General Authority for individual companies , Ltd. 1232 decision to travel."
