Twilight News / announced a spokesman for the office of Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi said 13 ministers attended the Cabinet meeting today out of 22.
Abadi was proposed in the March 31 / March, a series of reforms, including the appointment of "technocrats and academics from specialists" rather than appointed on the basis of party officials in the government. But the list of ministers technocrats faced a rejection of the political blocs agreed after arduous negotiations, the four of them and replaced the remaining candidates from the parties.
Sabri said in an interview with Lord of Twilight News, said the new ministers who voted them the House of Representatives did not attend today's session also lent minister did not attend.
