Dr.
Barham Salih, Deputy Secretary General of the Patriotic Union of
Kurdistan, "Talabani President is the President of the Republic of Iraq,
and currently under the treatment of the health situation, waiting for
his safe return healthy, God willing, therefore, to talk about his
replacement is inappropriate and counter-productive."
He said Dr.
Barham Saleh told the newspaper, "the prestige and political and
historical account of his Excellency President Jalal Talabani demanded
