    [rtl]An informed political source, on Thursday, all ministries will be covered by the tax settling accounts, indicating that the deduction will include the salaries of the three presidencies.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The source said in an interview with "Sky Press," that "tax settling accounts will include senior government officials and special grades, in addition to the salaries of the three presidencies," noting that "the deduction will include a total salary of the employee, except for marital allocations and children."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The source added that "the deduction will include the huge salaries of the staff of the Ministry of Electricity and foreign and national security and the election commission and the oil," noting that "the deductions will not include the ministries of defense and internal staff."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He noted that "the tax will be increased by 10% after it was 3%," noting that "the staff of the third and down class and those who make up 90% will not be subject to this tax and settling accounts remain the case as it is."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He revealed the parliamentary Finance Committee member Jabbar al-Abadi, in the June 14, 2016, that the higher grades and the staff of the first and second division are covered by the income tax amounting to 15%, which will be deducted from their salaries, likely deduct that percentage of the total salary and not the nominal.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Also considered MP Alia Nassif reform front, on Wednesday, that the deduction of 15 percent of the first-degree salaries of the staff and the second breach of the law.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Iraq had announced earlier, the approval of the International Monetary Fund to finance the budget deficit through clouds of hard currency reserves, indicating that this means reducing the reserves of 59 billion dollars last October 2015 end, to 43 billion during the current year.[/rtl]
