    Independent Electoral Commission announced that, on Wednesday, to submit 45 applications for the establishment of 13 new party, while confirming that the parties law gives the right of the Commission to monitor the parties.
    The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners Serbest Mustafa speech during the ceremonial opening of the Political Parties Registration Office and attended / balances News /, said that "all previous laws did not take into account the political work in Iraq," noting that "after the change in 2003 he was heading to work according to the mechanisms of action alternative to command 97 Special Commission concerning the organization of the elections. "
    Mustafa added that "the law on the registration of new parties, gives the Commission the right to monitor the parties."

    For his part, Director of the Political Parties Affairs Saad al-Abdali said during the ceremony, "The circle formed under Qanonno. 35 for the year 2015, to set the tone for party organizations, which works on the registration of political parties," explaining that "this law gives the authority to the Office of control party financing terms."
    He pointed to Al Abdali, that "there are 45 applications for the establishment of 13 new party, instead of the old parties."
    Furthermore, he said the head of the electoral district Mohsen al-Moussawi, said that "circuit parties are part of the executive departments of the Commission to work on organizing the work of political parties and organizations in Iraq."
