    01/06/2013-5: 31 pm

    The
Algerian Government announced here today it had cancelled on Iraq and
Yemen since the year 2010 two debts worth a total of more than half a
billion dollars, after the announcement of the cancellation of $ 900
million of the debt of 14 African countries.

    The Agency quoted
the Kuwaiti Kuna news spokesman of the Algerian Foreign Ministry Kawada
said that "this initiative falls within the context of continued support
for Arabic Algeria particularly in situations that call for solidarity
actions directly related to supporting reconstruction and economic and
    social development efforts.

    The Algerian Government declared last
Wednesday to cancel the debt of 14 African countries estimated at 209
million dollars on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the
Organization of African Unity in 1963, which has now become the African

defeat of the deposed dictatorship heavy economic and social legacy,
complete destruction of infrastructure and the most influential are the
large debt, particularly foreign ones where the then estimated between
130-140 billion dollars formed between 500-600% of GDP and about 700-800
of its resources at the time.

And had to deal with this debt
because the continued presence would not restore the Iraqi economy has
rebounded because of this ring throttle add to discourage the inflow of
foreign capital, and also had to deal with this debt in a positive
manner and conduct negotiations with creditors and to the success of the
negotiations with the creditors were divided into four groups to easily
    negotiate with each group
