Legal Committee held a meeting chaired Khaled Huani, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Wednesday, 19/06/2013, discussed the proposals and draft laws referred to it and has taken the necessary recommendations. Including a draft law banning the Baath Party and racist activities and terrorist and expiatory and a draft law amending the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969, and the draft law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure No. 23 of 1971, in addition to the proposed law to cancel the decisions Revolutionary Command Council (defunct) the right to a judicial Dujail and country (1283 ) on 14.10.1982, (407) on 04.04.1984, (100) 23.1.1985, (561) 11.5.1985, (216) 2.7.1991, (216 ) 19.8.1992, (489) 21.4.1981, (1469) 11.3.1981, (948) 13.8.1985, (117) 8.5.2000, (6 / 3/9573) on 09/26/1983. He also discussed, all of the proponents of the law to cancel decisions of the Revolutionary Command Council (defunct) for the year 1983, 197 in 1994, 145 in 2001, and the proposed law on the Federation Council.
