    [ltr]Central Investigating Court issued on Thursday, a judicial warrant to arrest the accused Ethel Abdul Aziz Mohammad Najafi for the crime of communicating with a foreign country, indicating that the accused facilitated the entry of Turkish troops.[/ltr]
