    He said Hoshyar Zebari during a joint press conference with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah said the Iraqi government signed during the visit of the Kuwaiti delegation headed by Kuwaiti Prime Minister Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and his accompanying delegation, six memoranda of understanding and agreements between the two countries, including a memorandum of understanding between the two institutes diplomats of Iraq and Kuwait and a memorandum of understanding on the executive program in the cultural affairs of the cultural relations between the two countries, and an agreement in the field of environment, the Convention in the field of higher education and scientific research, and the Convention in the field of air transport services, and the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation.
