    Good question, Mocha, exactly what it is isn't spelled out - but if it has anything to do with the RV, it won't happen on Sunday, Jan. 1, as the Central banks of the world are all closed on that day.  Monday, Jan 2 could be a blessing - I continue to be hopeful we will see this very soon.
