Saleh explained that "the delegation will begin meetings with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank on Friday for a period of 3 days.
He added that "the delegation includes the Governor of the Central Bank Ali Alaq and officials of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Oil, the Ministry of Planning, the Oil Marketing Company (SOMO), the Central Statistical Organization and the Office of Financial Supervision as well as representatives of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
An official at the Iraqi Finance Ministry said weeks ago that Britain had agreed to provide 10 billion pounds (12.29 billion dollars) in loans to Iraq to help him finance important projects in the field of infrastructure.
