US plans Boeing aircraft maker lay off hundreds of engineers in the unit of commercial aircraft, according to a memorandum reported.
The move comes after the company announced earlier dispensed with 245 workers starting from 19 July / May, in response to growing competition and a slowdown in aircraft sales.
It showed a note by John Hamilton, vice president of engineering sector in the "Boeing" commercial aircraft that is expected to enter into force the new demobilization on 23 June.
The memo said, "move forward towards a second phase of mandatory for some skills in the state of Washington, dispensing and other sites Hrkh.ntouka include hundreds of engineers. There will be additional reductions in the engineering sector later this year. "
The unit laid Boeing aircraft for a few hundred engineers through voluntary retirement programs announced in January March. Finished / 25
