publishes the text of a bill to commemorate the sacrifices of the martyrs of the war against the terrorist gangs and accelerate the completion of their transactions and the care of their wounds, which is moving the House of Representatives for approval during the coming sessions.
The bill reads as follows:

Article (73) of the Constitution: The Law No. (1) for the year of the law of the commemoration of the sacrifices of martyrs of war against gangs terrorist and accelerate the completion of their transactions and intensive care Bjrahahm objectives and scope of the entry into force of Article 1: this law aims to speed up the completion of the families of martyrs transactions of members of the armed forces in the holy battle against Daesh terrorist gangs and give them legal entitlements provided for in the legislation in force during a specific period of fulfillment for his martyrs of the sacrifices And what line E of the epics of courage and parents in defense of the land supply and holy sites and make high treatment of the wounded and those with special needs care. Article 2: For the purposes of this law, the martyr means the members of the armed forces, including the popular crowd and affiliated with tribal and peshmerga volunteers who have been martyred during the operations against the terrorist gangs exclusively from 10/6/2014 and are accompanied by the media who were martyred while covering these operations. Procedures Article 3: The competent authorities, both in accordance with the jurisdiction assigned to them by law, shall complete the required transactions and procedures related to the families of the martyrs referred to in Article 2 of this law and grant them the legal entitlements stipulated in the Law of Martyrs Foundation No. 2, For the year 2016 amended or any other law to replace it, within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of submission of the application, with the utmost care of the wounded and wounded and those with special needs inside or outside Iraq if necessary, based on the report of the medical committee at the expense of the state. Article 4: First - Excluding the provisions of the legislation in force, the government debt recorded in the name of the martyrs referred to in Article II of this law. Second: Excluding the provisions of the legislation in force, the "50%" ratio of the government debts registered with the wounded, injured and persons with special needs referred to in Article 3 of this law shall be written off. Article 5: The injured person and the injured person referred to in Article 3 of this law shall include the martyr's entitlements stipulated in the Law of the Martyrs Institution No. (2) For the year 2016 amended or any other law , replace it, if it resulted in his injury or injury rate of failure or inability to less than 65% "Based on the report of the medical committee official competent. Article 6: The single window system is based on" submission and receipt and completion of "applications, for the purposes of implementation of the provisions of this law. Article 7: a committee under the chairmanship of the Secretary - General of the Council of Ministers, and the membership of representatives from the concerned authorities for less than the degree of each of them deputy minister, to oversee the implementation of the provisions of this law and the development of the rules of procedure for the conduct of its work within two weeks from the date of its formation. Article 8: First - the provincial councils liberated from drowning gangs and called on terrorists to fly Coordination and cooperation with the Ministries of Culture and Tourism and Antiquities, and construction and housing and public municipalities federated, the establishment of appropriate memorial monument to the martyrs who were killed in its territory, including registration of their names and the date of Todahm and their brands and their provinces. Secondly, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities will allocate a pavilion in the National Museum to display the designs of the martyrs' monuments, and the paintings that embody the heroic epics that were written by those heroes in liberating the land of the homeland. Third, the Federal Ministry of Education allocates sufficient space in the subjects concerned to present the disadvantages of Takfiri thought, and talk about the time period for the occupation of terrorist gangs for part of the homeland, and the championships held by members of the armed forces, including the popular crowd and affiliated with tribal and Peshmerga volunteers. Battle of the Holy Liberation. The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities of the Federal and the Secretariat of Baghdad and provincial councils and other competent authorities, the implementation of the provisions relating to the allocation of land plots contained in Article (17) of the Law of the Martyrs Foundation No. (2) for the year 2016 amended or any other law to replace it, (90) days from the date of submission of the application, while retaining the right to receive the value of the land in the absence of desire to the plot of land. Article 9: First : The penalty provided for in Article 341 of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 shall be punished by every employee or public service officer who caused his mistake in failing to perform any of the duties assigned to him under the provisions of this law if he is due to gross negligence in the performance of his job or On abuse of power. The penalty provided for in Article 340 of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 shall be punishable by any employee or public service employee who deliberately violates any of the duties assigned to him under the provisions of this law. Article 10: The Council of Ministers shall issue within one month from the date of the coming into force of this law the system for the work of the committee formed under Article 6 of this law and the instructions necessary to implement its provisions. Article 11: This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of the date of its approval by the House of Representatives.
