    Ihsan al-Shammari, advisor to Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, that the latter enjoys all his powers until the formation of the next government. 

    Al-Shammari said in a press statement that the power is not limited, and the limit of passing legislation of the law and sent to the next parliament. 

    Al-Shammari added that the government is turning into a caretaker government or limited powers in two cases: dissolving the parliament itself, or by withdrawing confidence from the government.
