Former Deputy: Supporting Kuwait is a step added to its continued assistance to Iraq

Former deputy Hisham al-Suhail described Kuwait's recent support for Iraq as "an important step in addition to previous steps to strengthen relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples."
Al-Suhail said that Kuwait has taken positive steps towards Iraq to erase the effects of the tension between the two countries as a result of the policy of the former regime, which did not bring to Iraq and the region only destruction.
"The recent support for easing the electricity crisis is an integral part of previous steps by hosting the conference to support Iraq and its constant stand with Iraq in its fight against terrorism and its continued assistance to UN organizations operating within it or directly by supporting displaced and displaced people," he added.
"The recent Kuwaiti stance is proof of the safety, security and stability of Iraq, which is the security gateway for the region and the world," he said.
The State of Kuwait had provided Iraq with mobile transformers and a steamer loaded with fuel to meet the shortfall in the processing of electricity in the province of Basra.
