    Oil Minister Thamer Ghadban , on Wednesday, said that the exports of Iraq 's oil fields of Kirkuk north to the Turkish port of Ceyhan is less than 100 thousand barrels per day. 

    According to Reuters , quoting Ghadhban as saying that "Iraq 's oil exports from the northern Kirkuk oilfields to the Turkish port of Ceyhan between 80 and 90 thousand barrels per day, as being most of the raw product conversion to feed refineries in the north." 

    For his part, said the director of the North Oil Company, Farid al-Jader said that "the current production of Kirkuk fields of about 370 thousand barrels per day," noting that "a technical team belonging to BP is now working in Kirkuk and will prepare a study to review plans to increase production by the end of 2019."

    He added that "BP is currently working in the North Oil Company to develop technical studies to re-evaluate the entire production and how to increase the fields of Kirkuk," noting that "the company is on the ground and expects the end of next year to complete the submission of final studies before it is agreed with Company ". 

    The oil ministry announced in January 2013, a preliminary agreement with the " BP " to develop the Kirkuk oil field.

    BAGHDAD - Iraq's oil exports from the Kirkuk fields to the Turkish port of Ceyhan will remain between 80,000 and 90,000 bpd, Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban said on Wednesday.
