[rtl]Rep. Of the Reform and Reconstruction Alliance, Riyad al-Masoudi, said on Monday that the legislation of the Federal Service Council Law will enable the supreme central authorities in the state to set standards and financial allocations that correspond to the nature of the actual need for appointments, pointing out that the file of appointments is subject to many suspicions of corruption.[/rtl]
[rtl]Masoudi said in an exclusive interview with Al-Waleed Press that "the file of appointments in the state institutions is very difficult and very much suspicious of corruption," noting that "relying on the legislation of the service council law will enable the higher authorities to set standards and controls according to the actual need of institutions."[/rtl]
[rtl]"There is a high percentage of appointments that do not serve the state's functional structure," he said, adding that "this indicates poor management, organization and waste of public money and lack of care and national sense."[/rtl]
