    BAGHDAD - 
    The MP on the wisdom of Ali al-Badiri, on Tuesday, the failure of a meeting of political blocs held yesterday evening to reach an agreement on the special grades and mechanism of distribution. 
    Al-Badairi said in a statement that the political blocs held a meeting yesterday evening on reaching a specific agreement on the special grades and the mechanism of distribution, stressing that "the meeting to any agreement on that."
