Prime Minister-designate Mustafa al-Kazemi vowed to "take revenge" on the Popular Mobilization fighters who were killed [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .
"We are all grateful to the sacrifices of our heroes in the popular crowd who were subjected to an attack left by ISIS," Al-Kazemi said in a statement issued on May 2, and he received an "Ultra Iraq", a copy of it.
He added, "We offer condolences to our people and the families of the martyrs, and we will take revenge for their blood, which we swear will not go to waste," stressing that "the various security services will continue to pursue terrorism until we purify our land of its abomination."
