    The Iraqi ambassador to Kuwait, Al-Manhal Al-Safi, and the head of the Kuwaiti National Security Agency, Thamer Al-Ali, discussed on Tuesday the strengthening and development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

    The Kuwait News Agency “KUNA” stated that “the head of the Kuwaiti National Security Agency, Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali Al-Sabah, discussed today, Tuesday, with the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Kuwait, Al-Manhal Al-Safi, for joint cooperation.”

    Quoting a statement from the Kuwaiti National Security Agency, she added, “The meeting between the two parties dealt with reviewing aspects of cooperation and discussing the bilateral relations that bring together the two brotherly countries, and means of strengthening and developing them.”

    The two parties discussed, “the most common issues of concern to the two countries on the regional and international arenas.
