    The White House announced that the US authorities and their Iraqi counterparts will hold a strategic dialogue next April.

    An informed source said, on Tuesday, that Iraq had asked the United States of America to conduct the dialogue in conjunction with a new wave of withdrawal of US forces from its lands soon.
    Moreover, according to Al-Arabiya / Al-Hadath sources in Washington, the Americans are betting in the future on the Iraqi army and security forces led by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.
    The United States considers that Al-Kazemi has "control and leadership" over these forces, and that Iraqi forces will be able to continue their missions even if the Americans withdraw from Iraq, in reference to what the Iraqi forces did when they managed unilaterally to succeed in counterterrorism operations and surveying various areas during suspension.
