Today, Friday, the Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, announced the completion of procedures for creating job grades to confirm contracts in all state institutions.
A statement by the ministry stated that “the Minister of Finance, and based on the directive of the Prime Minister, received a number of heads of Iraqi universities, regarding the development of appropriate solutions for the problems of installing the contract segment in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research,” noting that “their forms were distributed to identify problems and provide them with financial costs.” And the administrative order for contracts and the administrative order for renewal to be presented to the next session of the Council of Ministers.
Sami explained that “the Ministry of Finance has completed all procedures related to the development of job grades necessary to confirm contracts in all state institutions, including those related to contracts of the Ministry of Education,” noting that “the ministry is fully prepared to complete the rest of the grades, which requires the organization of a special form by the Ministry of Education in With regard to addressing its administrative problems, and sending them to the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of conducting the required innovations, according to what was directed by the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the instructions issued in this regard.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Finance has completed, during the previous periods, in the form of successive batches, the procedures for creating job grades for the various segments, including contracts in various state institutions.
