    Information/Baghdad..
A member of the Human Rights Movement, Hussein Ali Al-Karawi, confirmed, on Wednesday, that there is pressure exerted by the United States of America to prevent Iraq's rapprochement with China.
Al-Karawi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma agency, "The United States of America is exerting pressure to prevent Iraq from completing the Chinese agreement."
He added, "The US embassy in Baghdad played a negative role in disrupting the Chinese agreement and the electricity file," noting that "Washington is pushing towards thwarting the rapprochement with China."
He pointed out that "most of the Iraqi people's suffering is due to the arbitrary policy practiced by America on Iraq," calling on the government and parliament to "be brave, present the interest of Iraq and its people, and stand up to American policy." , as its allied countries did.”
And the representative of the Sadiqun Parliamentary Bloc, Ali Turki, confirmed in a previous interview with Al-Maalouma that the American administration is still, at all levels, insisting on interfering in Iraqi affairs through the statements of its ministers or the interventions of the Americans ambassador in Baghdad. End / 25h
